RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from earth@moon.  
If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a simple return process.

1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in original condition
- with all tags attached
- in original packaging

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:
- worn or washed items
- items damaged after delivery
- items without original tags
- gift cards (if applicable)

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:
- your order number
- reason for return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item is defective
- or we made a mistake with your order

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved:
- your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different size or item:
- return your product
- place a new order

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at:
